Delivery & Returns
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any goods received in a damaged condition should be reported within 3 days of receipt by emailing us on email@example.com
and include a photograph of the damaged item.
Returns will not be accepted if :

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service and purchase suitable shipping insurance in-case the item is lost or damaged on its return journey. Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until received safely by ourselves.
